Hi all. My name is Francesca Dripps, and I'm the founder and artist behind WaterMarks. I've been painting since I was 9 years old, and started selling what I paint when I was in 8th grade.

I grew up in Massachusetts with my two younger siblings and our parents. Throughout childhood I was always on the artistic side, and loved art class. When I wasn't drawing or painting, I was reading or our playing softball. After my sophomore year, my family relocated to the Chicago area in Illinois, where I spent my last two years of high school.

 

After graduation, I took a break from painting and started my life in Springfield, MO as a freshman at Missouri State University. I graduated from MO State in December 2017 with my Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

While it's still not the same as my childhood home, I've come to love the area. I've made many new friends and had the pleasure of getting to know a wide variety of people.
